Regina von Flemming was elected a member of the MTS PJSC Board of Directors in June 2015. Previously, she was for many years CEO of Axel Springer Russia, which publishes well-known Russian versions of Forbes and OK!, among other publications. She is a member of the Management Board and Head of the Compliance and Social Responsibility Committee of the Russian-German Foreign Trade Chamber, a member of the Board of Trustees of the German-Russian Forum (Berlin). Regina received her diploma in Political Sciences from the Free University of Berlin, as well as the Institute of Political Studies in Paris.

Russian-Italian Conductor and Pianist
Fabio Mastrangelo is an Italian-born Russian conductor and pianist. Currently, he holds a number of positions including those of the “St. Petersburg Camerata” State Hermitage Orchestra, Principal Conductor of the Symphonica ARTica Orchestra of the Yakutia (Sakha) Philharmonic, Artistic Director of the Novosibirsk Camerata. He is also Principal Guest Conductor of the Novosibirsk Symphony Orchestra, the Teatro Petruzzelli in Bari, The Moscow State Academic Symphony Orchestra headed by P. Kogan, the New Opera, and the Mariinsky Theatre.
Fabio Mastrangelo holds a piano diploma from the “Niccolò Piccinni” Conservatory under Pierluigi Camicia, and conductor diplomas from the Contemporary Music Academy in Pescara and the University of Toronto. As a conductor, he has worked with the Berlin Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra, the Nice Philharmonic Orchestra, the Zagreb Philharmonic Orchestra, and other leading orchestras and theater companies in Rome, Bologna, St. Petersburg, and Ekaterinburg. He conducted at the Arena Opera Festival in Verona, the Puccini Festival in Torre del Lago, and the Stars of the White Nights Festival in St. Petersburg. In 2012, Mastrangelo was appointed Music Director of the newly founded open-air opera festival “Opera Vsem” (Opera for all) in St. Petersburg. Several of his CDs were produced by Naxos Records, the world’s leading classical music label. In August 2013, Mastrangelo was appointed Artistic Director and Conductor of the St. Petersburg Music Hall.

Maxim Pratusevich is a candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, honorary worker of general education in the Russian Federation. He was marked with a breastplate 'For the Humanization of the School of St. Petersburg' and the award of the International Inter-Academic Union 'The Star of Vernadsky' of the II degree. He is the winner of the Teachers Contest in the framework of the priority national project 'Education' in St. Petersburg in 2007 and the winner of the contest 'The Best Manager of a General Education Institution in St. Petersburg' in 2011.
